Known for homestyle restaurant menu items like slow-roasted riblets, Bourbon Street steak, and signature fudge brownie sundae, the restaurant provides a welcoming and casual dining experience. It’s open from 8:00am to 10:00pm from Sunday to Thursday, and 8:00am to 11:00pm Friday to Saturday. Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse
Nestled inside the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites, Brasa showcases the flavours and cultural flair of Brazil. Following a centuries-old tradition of cooking on an open fire, diners can experience endless cuts of succulent beef, pork, lamb, and chicken carved tableside in the style of authentic Brazilian gauchos. A two-sided disk is used by diners to signal when they're ready for these sizzling skewers: green means "More, please!" and red means "I've had enough, for now." Eat as much as you want at your own pace.
