Botanical Gardens

Established in 1936, at The Botanical Gardens, you’ll enjoy 99 acres of beautifully maintained gardens filled with perennials, rhododendrons, azaleas, formal parterre garden, shade, herb and vegetable plantings, as well as the world-famous rose garden featuring over 2,400 roses. This tranquil garden is perfect for exploring, picnicking, or even a nap under the trees! Guided tours are available during the summer months, but sometimes exploring on your own is the best way to experience a garden such as this!

Floral Clock

This unique attraction is a very popular stop on the Niagara Parkway and is photographed ALMOST as much as the Falls! The intricate designs on the face of the timepiece are created with up to 16,000 carpet begin plants! The floral design is changed twice a year, making this spot interesting to visit every time you come to Niagara.

Queen Victoria Park

Located in the heart of Niagara, you will find Queen Victoria Park bounded by the steep Fallsview moraine and the Niagara River Great Gorge, the Park contains a valuable collection of unique native and international plants and beautifully maintained gardens. Queen Victoria Park celebrates every season in style. In Spring, over 500,000 daffodils start the season in their bright and welcoming way. Magnificent magnolia trees, breathtaking tulips and other blooms are all there for you to enjoy.

Queenston Heights Park

Queenston Heights is regarded as Canada’s birthplace. The park pays homepage to historical figures such as Major-General Isaac Brock and Laura Secord. With much history, and victory created here you can explore this historical site and also have the pleasure to kick back and relax. Queenstown Heights has BBQs, a mini waterpark, baseball fields and more. Making this spot a perfect for a day to picnic outside with family, friends and loved ones.

Niagara Glen
